- Maintains cleanliness of work area/outlet at all times.
- Requisition, stock and rotate all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage related products.

- Conduct all bar related training for all restaurant staff.
- Maintain the restaurant’s bar program with input from the management.

- Be actively involved in an ongoing dialogue with bar partners, suppliers and equipment vendors.

- Assist front of house staff in taking food orders and keying in to the Point-of-Sale system for the orders to be processed.
