**Responsibilities**:

- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to evaluate equipment and machineries performance and increase reliability.
- Prepare operational reports to update supervisors and team leaders with developments of repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor all parts and components used on each work order to maintain proper documentation and processes to enable part preparation to meet the lead time.
- Interpret manuals and manufacturer instructions to assemble, install, and troubleshoot components of machines.
- Inspect equipment and machinery to identify issues and report them for repair.
- Complete logs and job reports for work order at the end of the shift to preserve accurate information.
- Train and coach junior team members to maximize their knowledge and skills and enhance their performance.
- Communicate with supervisors and team leaders regarding plant or equipment failures to facilitate prompt corrections and repairs.
- Maintain work areas with high standards of cleanliness and order to enhance safety and
- Ensure to comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Ensure tools and equipment are used, maintained and stored in an appropriate manner.
- Coordinate and execute workshop upgrades and improvements such as 5S, PPE, Environmental Management.
- Perform any duties assigned by the supervisor or management, if required.

Qualifications / Skills Required:

- SKM 2 or any certificate equivalent or more.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Micro Tunnelling.
- Relevant technical training or experience in a related field (trenchless or heavy machinery).
- Previous experience in mechanical and hydraulics in Micro Tunnelling.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and be a team player.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
