**Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in car parks.
- Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify electrical issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing wiring, and troubleshooting electrical components.
- Carry out cement work, including repairing cracks, filling potholes, and leveling surfaces in car parks.
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to relevant codes and regulations.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including maintenance logs and work orders.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

**Pre-requisites Requirement**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Certification in PW4 or diploma in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, components, and tools.
- Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations.
- Experience in cement work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid Class D driver's license (GDL license preferred).
- Possess own transport and willing to go outstation.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
