Masai, Malaysia DDG GLASS MFG SDN BHD Full time

1) To attend breakdown and conduct troubleshooting and repairing of machines and equipment related to the production processes.
2) To conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled and following the department’s SOP.
Routine inspection of the electrical systems such as controls panels, wirings, motors, inverters and others.
3) To conduct servicing of machinery or facilities e.g. Air compressors, Overhead Cranes, Water Treatment Facilities, etc
4) Assist with machinery set up, installation and calibration.
5) To report and update HOD on all issues with machinery and the department.
6) Liaise with other members of the team on all issues related to the machinery and the department.
7) Ensure that safety procedures are followed and maintained during maintenance activities.
8) Identify spare parts that need to order and inform the maintenance admin to raise purchase requests.
9) Ensure spare parts consumed are recorded and updated on the inventory listing.
10) To ensure all ISO documentation of the department is being done.
12) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior or Management.
