**Role Overview**:
**Client Support**:

- Observe and assist in counseling sessions, workshops, and other client interactions.
- Provide administrative support during client sessions, including note-taking and scheduling follow-ups.
- Help maintain and organize client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

**Program Development**:

- Contribute to the development of educational materials and resources for workshops and learning modules.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and workshops aimed at enhancing learning and mental well-being.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Support the daily operations of the Psychology & Learning Centre, including managing appointments and responding to inquiries.
- Assist with the maintenance of the Centre's digital and physical resources.
- Help with the coordination and communication of program activities.

**Learning and Development**:

- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your understanding of psychology and learning strategies.
- Engage in reflective practice and supervision sessions to discuss experiences and insights gained during the internship.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong interest in mental health, counseling, and educational development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
