Ipqc/fqc/iqc Inspector

_**Key Responsibilities**:_
- Perform inspection incoming raw material.
- Record the inspection outcome into the Inspection Plan (record).
- Raise the rejection report for incoming rejected raw material.
- Perform calibration / verification on all measuring instruments / inspection gauges used in all departments. (For IQC Inspector doing calibration only).
- Perform first article inspection for sample parts (First Article submission).
- Perform other job functions deem necessary by Management.
- Ensuring conformity to product requirements.
- **Authorities**:_
- Accept or reject the incoming raw material based on the inspection outcome.
- To quarantine defective measuring instruments / inspection gauges. (For IQC Inspector doing calibration only).
- **Requirements**:_
- Minimum SPM and above or one-year experiences in related field.
- Minimum Level 2 for hand gages, micrometer, calliper and dial indicator.
- Minimum Level 2 for Inspection Report and Incoming Defect Report Writing.
