1. To study in detail, review & suggest improvement if necessary on architectural layout, M&E plan, structural, landscaping design provided by the Client and or consultants. 2. To work closely with management to ascertain the USP of the design and achieve the necessary space efficiency and good traffic circulation of a project site. 3. To work in line with management direction of a shopping center design and contribute idea and suggestion towards the design criteria. 4. To correspond management idea to respective consultants and clients. 5. To answer to all queries and clarification require from all consultants with strong justification and convincing points during CCM, site, technical meeting. 6. To plan and implement a proper filing system for all drawing, technical issues minutes, highlight all important decision for easy to retrieve when necessary. 7. To work and comment all M&E requirement provided by team or consultants within the timeframe given. 8. To ensure all retailers and leasing requirement is being capture by all consultant and contractor on a timely basis when site is under construction. 9. Preparation of shop drawings with incorporation of M&E input for each tenant lot with require.
