**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Ensure compliance to the task instructions, procedures and regulations during maintenance work
- Perform Preventive Machine Maintenance job for Vacuum forming, Pressure Forming and Punching Machines & production equipment and record the maintenance carried out.
- Follow up on any major repair/servicing done by or with internal or external personnel and record details into the respective machine history card with any recommendations
- Responsible to all machine downtime, fix the affected machine within shortest turn-around-time to minimize impact to production.
- Response for breakdown and emergency maintenance task some of which may require to work outside normal working hour (OT)
- Ensure good housekeeping at maintenance area as well as other areas where maintenance job are being conducted.
- Ensure compliance to procedures and regulations.
- Ensure that the Quality Management System requirement related to the Dept is implemented and maintained.
- Take necessary action to improve the maintenance job flow
- Any other job assignment required by the superior from time to time.
- Establish Annual PM plan and execute the PM activities accordingly
- Spare Part Inventory control, Updates and tracking
- General
- It shall be the duty of every employee

**QUALIFICATION**
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
- Good knowledge in Thermoforming or any machine trouble shooting skills
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
- Proactive & work independently.
- Ability on multi-task and manage time-effectively.
- Medically Fit
- Able to work rotating shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
