The OTC Analyst is responsible to oversee complex and high-value accounts, create and execute advanced collection strategies, and lead initiatives to optimize the collections process.

This position is part of the Order to Cash team located in Petaling Jaya and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Address stakeholder queries and manage daily order releases in collaboration with the Credit team.
- Engage with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues impacting collections, such as disputes and contract problems.
- Reconcile customer accounts, clear unapplied cash and credit memos, and prepare monthly reports with analysis on delinquent customers.
- Prepare legal packets for litigation and bankruptcy cases, and support compliance with control policies and SOX requirements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

- 2 to 7 years of working experience in the related field.
- Well versed in O2C or Collections process and procedure.
- Customer service / frontline experience is an added advantage.
- Operating knowledge of ERP system - SAP / Oracle
