**Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Support**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and reorder points.
- Support regular stock audits and inspections to ensure accuracy.

**Order Processing**:

- Assist in processing purchase orders and maintaining communication with suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers to track order status and update relevant stakeholders.

**Storage Assistance**:

- Support the organization of storage spaces to optimize efficiency and accessibility.
- Assist in proper stock rotation and adherence to storage guidelines.

**Distribution Coordination**:

- Collaborate with different departments to facilitate the distribution of supplies.
- Ensure that items are distributed according to established protocols and timelines**.**

**Quality Control Assistance**:

- Participate in quality control measures for stored goods.
- Report any issues with the quality or condition of received items.

**Documentation Support**:

- Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date records of inventory transactions.
- Provide support in generating reports on inventory levels, consumption, and other relevant metrics.

**Vendor Communication**:

- Assist in communicating with vendors to coordinate deliveries and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

**Budget Awareness**:

- Work in collaboration with the Finance Manager to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives while maintaining the quality of supplies.

**EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in store management or a related field is preferred.
- Basic organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to use basic inventory management software and systems.

**Working Conditions**
- Standard office hours with occasional flexibility based on inventory needs.
- Interaction with vendors, department heads, and finance professionals.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
