Responsibility

2. Checking attendance, and input of overtime for all employees before preparing monthly payroll.

3. Responsible for direct, indirect, and white-collar staff monthly payroll.

4. To prepare and ensure all payments are paid on time to Employee’s contributions, Taxes, HRDF, Zakat, Tabung Haji, and PTPTN.

5. Ensures the company’s payroll is processed and closed timely.

6. Monthly reconciliation of payroll details

7. Compensation and benefits

a. Monitor salary structures, and balance staffing needs with cost controls

b. Forecast budget for salary increases.

c. Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current local legislation (pay equity, human rights)

d. Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of the workforce that contribute the most value

e. Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices

f. Define Costs and Benefits Plan to minimize costs associated with benefits administration

g. Ability to define and Cost and Benefits Plan to minimize costs associated with benefits administration

h. Manage expatriate payroll administration and tax-related matters.

8. Process payroll and Time Management process

a. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment

b. Maintain required labor law postings

c. Calculate the cost of Labor and Overheads cost

9. Additional projects and administrative tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:
1. Min a Degree holder in any disciplines

2. Must have working experience from the manufacturing industry

3. Position is only open for local Malaysian or PR. Non Malaysian will not be entertained.

Authority

To involve in payroll meetings and discussions with ICT and outside contractors pertaining to payroll matters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
