**We are looking for Operations Associates (Photographer/Inspector) with keen eye for details and excellent organisational skills to join the Instahome family. **You will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality rental listings on our platform that will be instrumental for potential tenants make their rental decision. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handling digital video cameras & lighting equipment.
- Capture high quality real estate photographs and videos:

- Keys collection
- Execute basic house inspection & documentation work
- Coordinate photography session with other colleagues in the operations team to ensure a smooth renting experience for agents and landlords.
- Contribute to and execute the strategy of the Operations Department to improve overall departmental efficiency and experience for our users.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.** Training will be provided
- Good verbal and written skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus.
- Tech-savvy and possess **basic understanding of photography and related equipment.**:

- **Willingness to travel within Klang Valley**:

- Strong proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Pro **is a plus.
- Strong attention to details and take pride in thoroughness & accuracy when accomplishing tasks.
- A result-oriented 'doer' with the ability to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
- Self-motivated team player and able to work effectively in a fast-pace environment with mínimal supervision; we are a small and largely autonomous team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
