Plan, prepare, and produce a wide variety of baked goods, pastries, and cakes, including breads, specialty desserts, and custom cakes.
- Develop and test new recipes to enhance the bakery’s product line, focusing on both seasonal and signature flavors.
- Design and execute custom cakes for events and special orders based on client specifications.
- Ensure consistent quality, freshness, and presentation of all bakery and pastry products.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety compliance in the kitchen.
- Oversee inventory, manage ingredient orders, and monitor kitchen supplies to ensure efficient production.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff, guiding them on techniques in baking, pastry, and cake decoration.
- Collaborate with the management team to design menu offerings and promotional items.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in baking, pastry, or cake design roles.
- Proficient in various baking techniques, pastry making, and cake decoration methods, including fondant, buttercream, piping, and sugar work.
- Strong creativity and artistic flair, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and familiarity with kitchen safety procedures.
- Culinary certification in baking or pastry arts is a plus.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
