We are seeking a passionate and experienced Junior Sales Associate to join our vibrant team at 6ixty 8ight Creative Fashions Sdn Bhd.

As a team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our dynamic retail environment.

**What you'll be doing**
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our clients
- Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and purchases
- Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing store environment
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Participate in stock management, replenishment, and inventory control
- Contribute to team goals and collaborate with colleagues to deliver results
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures
- Actively seek opportunities to learn, grow and develop within the role

**What we're looking for**
- **FEMALE ONLY.**:

- Malaysian citizen, minimum 18 years old
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing retail role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Demonstrable sales skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to make informed recommendations
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a well-organized store environment
- Able to work full shifts, weekends and public holidays and willing to stay back when required (e.g. sales setup, price adjustments, stock take).
- Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle or public transport)
- Must be able to cover other stores (Selangor/KL area) when needed
- Dependable and punctual, fulfilling work responsibilities consistently
- A strong passion for customer service, ensuring every shopper has a positive experience
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work as part of a team or independently
- Passion for the retail industry and a keen interest in fashion trends
- Well-groomed, professional appearance aligned with the 6ixty8ight brand image
