Project Planner

**RESPONSIBILITY**
- Develop and define projects planning goals and objectives.
- Develop details project work breakdown Structure (WBS) prior to each stage of the construction.
- Monitor and analyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools.
- Monitor schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviations warnings hindering project results.
- Recommend modifications to improve effectiveness and attain project milestones.
- Educate others in methods to ensure project continuity and completeness.
- Develop detailed task lists and work effort assessment.
- Ensure to convey required project data and information to project teams.
- Prepare and present regular internal and external projects reports for management.
- Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team.
- Identify changes in work scope in the project plan.
- Ensure to take appropriate planning measures with all clients to reassess, renegotiate and ammend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets.
- To carry out other job assignment as and when required by immediate superior.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 2 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Primavera P6.
- Required skill(s): Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking, positive attitude / behavior.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
