**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for PR-PO end-to-end procurement: undertake procurement requests, issue Purchase Orders, follow up on supplier's goods/services delivery performance, reconcile accounts and settlements and potentially other relevant procurement processes conducting competitive bidding, contract negotiation and the processing of invoices and payments;
- Efficiently undertake small-value procurement, responsible for small-scale inviting tenders and contract negotiation, and conduct supplier selection and price rationality analysis;
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal adherence to Procurement policies and procedures, provide clear process and compliance guidance to internal users and suppliers, and implement procurement policies and requirements;
- Data-driven, be responsible for the team's key business indicators. Responsible for regional metrics management, data analysis and workout summarized report. Work XFN to improve performance in procurement metrics.
- Discover, track, and resolve day-to-day P2P issues, take actions to improve processes within the immediate scope

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree or above, related majors such as procurement, logistics, supply chain management, etc.
- More than 3 years experience in procurement, supporting multiple indirect categories. Have procurement process mindset, fully understand the procurement process and control points.
- Strong understanding of the procurement foundation, familiarity with procure to pay, end-to-end process and related systems, such as Ariba, Oracle etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good work ethics and business ethics, impeccable integrity is a must
- Result-oriented, attention to detail, strong problem-solving and logical thinking ability.
- Language: English can be used at a working level (Mandarin speaker is preferred)

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
