Qc Inspector

**Job Summary**

This position is accountable for the overall day-to-day inspection process at JWS Operation Line. QC Inspector is responsible for ensuring that Inspection-related data is completely accurate without any bias. This position is to work closely with the Fabrication Leader, Powder Coating Leaders, and supervisors.

**Responsibilities**:

- In-charge for overall inspection process at Fabrication line.
- Conduct incoming inspection of raw material and in-process during fabrication process.
- Ensure the parameters applied accordingly at every machines.
- Keeping and maintain inspection of the raw materials and in-process.
- Approve finished products by conforming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests;
- Returning products for re-work and conform re-work
- Maintains safe and health work environment by following standards & procedures
- Any ad-hoc task given by the superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least has SPM
- At least 1 year experience in QC field
- Familiarity with quality control procedures, inspection tools, and testing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot defects or issues.

**Working hour**:
Mon - Sat : 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Work Location: In person
