Junior Embryologist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Embryologist & Andrology to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting the IVF laboratory operations, ensuring high standards in patient care and laboratory excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the handling and processing of gametes
- Perform ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) and embryo culture under supervision
- Conduct embryo assessments, perform andrology procedures and documentation
- Maintain accurate patient and laboratory records
- Assist in cryopreservation of procedures and freezing maintenance
- Ensure all lab equipment is cleaned, calibrated, and maintained
- Follow strict laboratory protocols, SOPs, and safety procedures
- Support senior embryologists during OPU, IUI, and embryo transfer procedures
- Participate in quality control and assurance activities
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with ethical standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Reproductive Biology, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in embryology or IVF lab (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Knowledge of basic embryology and assisted reproductive techniques
- Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work on weekends or public holidays (on rotation)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
