Digital Marketing Manager

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a high performance-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of full-funnel digital marketing initiatives across our B2C portfolio covering both PEOPLElogy-owned products (e.g. SKILLSTURE, TALENTS) and strategic collaborations with external partners. This role requires a data-savvy, action-oriented marketer with strong command over digital acquisition, marketing automation, audience segmentation, and growth loops. You will play a key role in scaling our reach, conversions, and engagement across a digitally native youth audience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution**
- Plan, execute, and optimize full funnel paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Programmatic).
- Own and manage monthly performance targets (leads, CAC, ROAS, CPL, CTR, CVR).
- Work with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad copies, visuals, landing pages, and A/B testing.
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring every RM spent contributes to lead and conversion goals.
**2. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization**
- Set up and monitor analytics dashboards across platforms (GA4, Meta, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Build conversion tracking across landing pages and funnel assets via GTM & pixels.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and iterate campaigns based on data.
- Present weekly/monthly reporting to Marketing Head and senior management.
**3. Marketing Automation & CRM**
- Plan and lead nurturing funnels and re-engagement campaigns based on behavior triggers.
- Own lead scoring, segmentation and retargeting strategies to maximize conversions.
**4. SEO, Content & Web Performance**
- Oversee basic SEO performance of landing pages and blogs in coordination with content team.
- Work with web designers to enhance UX, load time, conversion rate and mobile optimization.
**5. Digital Channel Growth & Innovation**
- Experiment with emerging platforms (TikTok, Threads, Reddit, Discord) to reach youth audience.
- Identify partnership or influencer collaboration opportunities to boost reach and credibility.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and algorithm shifts.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in B2C campaign planning and execution.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies, performance ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.), CRM, and user lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot/MoEngage, GA4, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills: ability to read and analyze data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with content, creative, product, and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a digital agency or managing multiple brand portfolios is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written); a flair for persuasive communication is a plus.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
