We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive & Account Assistant to join our growing team at VCOMM Group in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to our Account Department.

**What you'll be doing**
- Executing day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial information
- Providing administrative support to the Accounting team as needed
- Adhering to all relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures

**What we're looking for**
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar accounting or administrative role company for Account Executive
- Fresh graduate is encourage for Account Assistant
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Relevant accounting qualifications or certification, such as ACCA or ICAEW, would be an advantage

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
