Performs various accounting clerical and administrative work and routine accounting tasks, including follow up on customer billing and collections, and vendor billing and payments, petty cash management, and other financial reports. In addition to assist in logistics for field staff and equipment movements including tools shipping arrangements and assets control. Plus responds to inquiries and coordinates with all departments and functions to resolve operational delays. - Assist sales and business unit teams and customers to follow up on billing and collections and ensure timely reflection of collections in the bank account and timely recording in the general ledger. - Manage and maintain location petty cash and record employee expense claims by ensuring monthly reconciliations and provision of all supporting documents. - Perform business expense claims review, validation and coordinate swift reimbursement in coordination with HQ Accounts Payable team. - Coordinate with 3rd party vendors where required for relevant documentation and ensure timely recording of related spending. - Assist Operations & Logistics team to follow up on Assets and equipment cross-border shipping logistics and timely archiving of related documentation. - Assist Operations and HQ Finance in asset and inventory counts and control and reconciliations. - Assist Finance HQ team in relevant accounting reconciliations, and month end process where applicable. - Assist BU management to review and analyse financial reports and related data. - Assist in fiscal the external, internal audit for timely filing statutory reports as per the local authority requirement. - Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
TGT Oilfield Services Sdn Bhd diasaskan pada tahun 1998 oleh Arthur Aslanyan dan Georgy Vasilyev, bekas pelajar profesor fizik terkenal dunia Nikolay Neprimerov telah menubuhkan TGT berdasarkan teori profesor Neprimerov’s mengenai perpindahan cecair di takungan minyak. Kontrak komersial diagnostik telaga pertama TGT’s yang baru dimulakan di Republik Tatarstan, Rusia pada tahun 1999. Pada tahun 2001, TGT’s mula mengembangkan operasi di seluruh dunia dan ibu pejabat yang ditubuhkan di United Arab Emirates, lebih berkedudukan untuk melayani pasaran di seluruh dunia. Dan pada tahun seterusnya 2003, TGT telah memenangi kontrak antarabangsa pertama yang memberikan diagnostik telaga kepada operator yang menghasilkan dari ladang minyak Lekhwair, pengeluar minyak dan gas terbesar di Oman. Berikutnya pada tahun 2006, TGT mula mengembangkan teknik akustik untuk menentukan aliran bendalir atau gas melalui takungan kebocoran dari komponen telaga lubang. Bagi tahun 2009 TGT juga turut mengembangkan perisian pemprosesan dan pemodelan suhu yang pertama, dirancangkan untuk mengambil pengukuran suhu menuruni lubang dan mengubahnya menjadi pengukuran aliran kuantitatif. Tahun 2011, platform elektro magnetik yang baru dibangunkan untuk menentukan kehilangan dan kakisan logam dalam penyempurnaan lubang bawah, dan pada masa yang sama rakan kongsi TGT adalah Lime Rock rakan pelaburan ekuiti kreatif juga yang hanya tertumpu pada sector oil & gas.
