**JOB DESCRIPTION**

To supervise the smooth daily production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.

Ensure safety requirement compliance, enforcement of PPE, and be proactive in identifying safety hazards at all times.

Responsible for day-to-day shift schedule that include workstation assignments/rotations, leave and overtime arrangement, optimization of manpower all workstations and Store for smooth running of production.

Coordinating production startups, shutdowns, changeovers and prevention maintenance.

Responsible to meet daily shift production out and quality goals and target.

Responsible and resolving day -to-day production quality and process control issues.

Carry out daily checklist form and production report.

Make sure production runs smoothly and materials are sufficient.

Plan and organize maintains for machines, respond to breakdowns, report down time.

Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.

Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control and safety procedures.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

Required skill(s): Good in Troubleshoot machines, able to do welding and electrical work whenever required.

Computer Literate

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin

Independent and able to work with mínimal supervision.

Proactive in seeking solutions and solving problems.

Team player and good communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Working as a Production/Factory Supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
- Working in the Rubber Products Manufacturing Environment: 1 year (preferred)

- Mandarin (required)
- Bahasa (preferred)
- English (preferred)
