We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized **Regulatory Affairs Executive** to join our team. This role involves ensuring that all products, processes, and systems comply with local and international regulations and standards. Additionally, the role includes managing aspects of warehouse inventory to ensure compliance and efficient operation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Regulatory Compliance**:

- Oversee and maintain compliance with **GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), ISO (International Standards Organization), MESTI (Malaysian Food Safety Certification), and HALAL certifications**.
- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documentation for certification renewals, audits, and inspections.
- Ensure that all product labeling, packaging, and documentation meet regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and certification authorities for approvals, audits, and compliance updates.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory and quality standards.
- Conduct internal and external audits, identify gaps, and drive corrective and preventive actions.

**2. Quality Assurance and Monitoring**:

- Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and research teams to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines during product development and manufacturing.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality and safety protocols.
- Investigate non-conformities, recommend solutions, and follow up on corrective actions to ensure full compliance.

**3. Warehouse Inventory Management**:

- Maintain regulatory compliance for the storage and handling of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products in the warehouse.
- Ensure inventory is stored under conditions that meet **GMP, HACCP, ISO, MESTI, and HALAL** standards.
- Conduct periodic inspections of the warehouse to verify proper labeling, segregation, and traceability of inventory.
- Work with the warehouse team to establish and monitor stock control measures, ensuring inventory accuracy and preventing overstock or stockouts.
- Implement and manage systems for tracking inventory to facilitate audits and maintain compliance records.

**4. Training and Documentation**:

- Train staff on regulatory requirements and standards to ensure company-wide compliance.
- Develop, update, and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, and records related to certifications and audits.
- Prepare reports on regulatory and inventory compliance for internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of **GMP, HACCP, ISO, MESTI, and HALAL** standards and practices.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control practices.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and regulatory bodies.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
