**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Sales Head and align efforts to achieve over all business targets.
- Manage key accounts, clients & consultants for continual enquiry generation.
- May have to travel within the region to meet potential clients.
- Monitor and review sales performance against the desired targets and accordingly revise strategy.
- Review customer’s feedback and act on comments.
- Plan, define and establish departmental objectives and KPIs and get them approved by Sales Head.
- Prepare and conduct joint review of monthly sales reports with Sales Head.
- Outstanding collections and follow up on pending payments.
- Provide customer support when needed.
- Provide professional after-sales support.
- Carrying out other duties as may be entrusted by the Sales Head.

**Requirements**:

- Malaysian
- Self-motivated, proactive, aggressive and customer service focused at all time.
- Able to work in challenging & fast paced environment.
- Willing to travel.
- Taking responsibility for achieving personal and team sales targets.
- Identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities as well as managing a range of existing customers.
- Excellent verbal & written English, Malay & Mandarin
- Min 1 years of relevant working experience

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,100.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
