Roles and Responsibilities
- Actively identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance TRIBE’s brand and portfolio, including new service categories and new markets (domestic and international). This includes searching for and making first contact with new and potential partners, key industry players, media, agencies and community.
- Involve in the development, implementation, and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Track the progress of each marketing plans and campaigns, obtain feedbacks from each stakeholders involved, and conduct post-mortem at the end of each marketing plan and campaign.
- Involve in strategising, planning and developing digital/ social media content for daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Monitor and analyse performance and growth strategies for social media accounts.
- Planning community engagement events through on-ground activities.
- Engage with the community and monitoring online conversations.
- Work closely with each department and stakeholders, ensure the marketing initiatives are aligned with the company’s visions and core values.

**; Requirements**: - Fresh Graduates or University Students who
- Have completed 3rd year of studies in Marketing, Public Relations or Mass Communication;
- Have a basic understanding of marketing processes;
- Social media savvy and up-to-date with the latest trends in online marketing and social media functionalities.
- Have basic analytical skills and desire to understand the industry and trends;
- Are willing to learn and readiness to adapt to changes.
