**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- In-charged for receiving PO from customers or salespersons and verify on the stock availability.
- Process Invoice, Delivery Order (DO) and related inventory documents.
- Manage data entry effectively, including key-in SO.
- Schedule pickup and delivery with outsource lorry driver.
- Compile invoice and DO for salespersons.
- Attend to all incoming calls.
- Maintain a proper document filling system.
- Any other duties as assigned by superior.

**Skills and Qualification**:

- Minimum 1 year in clerical and logistics management.
- Good time management skills.
- Able to communicate well.
- Attention to details.

**Others**:

- Working Hour: Mon-Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm) & Sat (8.30am to 1.00pm), 2nd & 4th Sat Off.
- Workplace: Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

**Experience**:

- clerical and logistics management: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English, Bahasa and Chinese. (required)
