1. Manage Leads o From leads generation till nurturing. o The process will be supported by your team leader.

2.Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and proposals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets.

3.C ross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align business objectives and ensure cohesive strategies.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.

4.Performance Analysis:

- Analyze business performance and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on business performance and opportunities.

5.Budget Management:

- Manage budgets related to B2C operations and ensure effective allocation of resources. o Monitor expenses and optimize costs without compromising service quality.

6. Business Event Management
- From time to time, the company will conduct a corporate event and you will be part of the event planning team

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
