**EVENT CREW NEEDED (8, 11 - 17 November 2024)**

**Position**: Beauty Advisor

**Location **:MidValley Megamall Kuala Lumpur

**Duration (8 days)**:

- **8 Nov**: Team Briefing & Training from 10am - 4pm (1 hour break)
- **11 Nov**: Team 1 from 7.30am - 8pm (2 hours break); Team 2 from 9.30am - 10pm (2 hours break)
- **12 Nov - 16 Nov**: 9.30am - 10pm (1.5 hours break)
- **17 Nov**: 9.30am - 11pm (2 hours break) Pack Down

**Rate : RM15/per worked hour**
- **Working Hours may vary depending on ad-hoc basis**_

**GLEAM TEAM SUMMARY**:
As a Beauty Advisor of LUMI, you will be the face of the brand, providing expert advice and personalized skincare solutions to customers. Your role is to deliver excellent customer service, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales by offering professional skincare consultations and recommending products tailored to individual needs.

**GLEAM TEAM Responsibilities**:

- Create good shopping experiences for all customers
- Demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for Lumi products
- Provide personalized product recommendations and advice based on customer's skincare routine, needs and wants
- Ensure all Lumi product and areas are kept clean, neat, tidy and visually appealing to the crowd
- Actively engage and participate in activities to increase and boost the brand visibility and sales
- Work as a team to achieve sales target and business objectives
- Build and maintain good rapport with customers, to maximize sales opportunities
- Responsible for tasks given and to execute it positively
- Attend to customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain standards to align with brand image, merchandising and operations
- Responsible to report to the management regarding any issues
- Strictly comply to the company’s policies and procedures.

**What does it take to be part of the GLEAM TEAM**:

- Effective selling skills and the ability to drive special campaigns, launches and promotions
- Passionate for skincare and beauty products
- Knowledge of skin care, body care and beauty (advantageous).
- Minimum SPM with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (advantageous)

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 4 days

Pay: RM140.00 - RM160.00 per day

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Expected Start Date: 11/08/2024
