Coffee Artist

**Job Summary**:
As a Coffee Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning coffee beverages that enhance the customer experience. You will use your artistic skills and knowledge of coffee to craft beautiful lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty drinks, while also ensuring high-quality service and product consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coffee Preparation**: Brew and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks, ensuring each beverage meets established standards for taste and presentation.
- **Latte Art**: Utilize advanced techniques in latte art to create visually appealing designs that enhance the customer experience.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers to understand their preferences, recommend beverages, and provide an exceptional service experience.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and maintain the quality of coffee and other beverages, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Regularly clean and maintain coffee equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other baristas and staff to create a positive and efficient work environment.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, coffee brewing techniques, and customer service best practices.

Pay: RM2,515.00 - RM2,875.00 per month
