Key Responsibilities:
1. Display Design:

- Create eye-catching and innovative displays to showcase products in an appealing manner.
- Develop floor plans and layouts that optimize the use of space and enhance the overall shopping experience.

2. Theme Development:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual displays with promotional campaigns and seasonal themes.
- Ensure that displays communicate the brand's message and values effectively.

3. Product Arrangement:

- Arrange products in a way that highlights their features and benefits.
- Implement strategies to draw attention to key merchandise and encourage cross-selling.

4. Visual Elements:

- Select and arrange lighting, signage, and other visual elements to enhance the overall aesthetic of the store.
- Ensure that visual elements comply with brand guidelines and standards.

5. Inventory Management:

- Monitor props level to ensure that stocks are adequately sufficient for display purposes.
- Work with the operation team to identify required props and prioritize their placement.

6. Communication:

- Communicate visual merchandising plans and guidelines to store staff.
- Train and educate store employees on maintaining visual standards.

7. Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor displays.
- Incorporate fresh and innovative ideas to keep displays current and appealing.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role.
- Strong artistic and creative skills.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and retail best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Proficiency in design software and basic knowledge of retail technology.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
