**About the Role**

Are you passionate about technology and love solving IT challenges? We’re looking for an **IT Administrator / IT Support Specialist** to keep our systems running smoothly. In this role, you'll handle **network management, software administration, web development, reporting, and data backup** to ensure everything stays secure and efficient.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Network Management** - Keep our network strong and secure by maintaining routers, switches, and firewalls. Troubleshoot any connectivity issues and ensure smooth operations.
- **Web Development** - Maintain and update our company website. If you have a creative edge, you can also enhance web features and optimize performance.
- **Reporting** - Generate reports on system performance, security, and IT issues. Provide insights to improve IT efficiency and document important processes.
- **Backup & Recovery** - Set up and manage data backup solutions to protect important company files. Ensure quick data recovery in case of unexpected system failures.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus, but we value experience just as much
- 2+ years in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of **network troubleshooting & security**.
- Experience with **software installation & system updates**.
- Basic **web development skills** (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or CMS experience is a bonus).
- Familiarity with **backup and disaster recovery solutions**.
- **Problem-solver** - You love finding solutions to tech challenges.
- **Great communicator** - You can explain IT issues in a way that makes sense to non-tech people.
- **Detail-oriented** - You keep things organized and running smoothly.
- **Self-motivated** - You take initiative and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
