- The Whole School Counsellor will provide professional and comprehensive counselling services to students, staff and families, promoting holistic well-being and academic success within the school community. This role requires a deep understanding of socio-emotional development, crisis intervention and collaborative problem solving. The WSC will also collaborate with teachers, staff and parents to create a supportive and inclusive environment conductive to learning and personal growth. The WSC is an active member of the Pastoral Team involving Safeguarding, Child Protection and Case Management.- Qualifications: Post-graduate/master’s degree in School Counselling or related field (Clinical/Educational/Child Psychology, Psychotherapy)**About You**- A strong ambassador for the school, you will be able to develop new ways to engage students and parents with the wider school and Nord Anglia Education community.
