Position: Chat Support - Mandarin speaker
Location: KL Sentral
Working hours: 24/7 rotational shift

**Salary**: RM3,500 - RM4,100 (basic) + RM500 (fixed complexity allowance) + KPI allowance (up to RM800)

**Requirements**:

- Able to read and write in simplified and traditional Chinese
- Open to fresh graduates and diploma holders with no working experience
- SPM leavers with 1 year customer service experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Comprehend customer inquiries and provide responses through the relevant channel: chat.
- Grasp customer inquiries, ensuring they receive answers or are directed to the appropriate support channel.
- Handle customer escalations, ensuring timely responses, tracking, and necessary further escalation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,100.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotational shift
