Supervisor, Supermarket

To supervise the **overall functions** (pricing, display, sales and promotion, manpower, inventory, profit margin and etc) of the **Sundries & Toiletries department**:

- Assist staff and supervisors in resolving any issues related to supermarket operations.
- Conduct staff training and hold meetings monthly or as needed.
- Oversee daily operations such as monitoring department product displays is impactful and presentation and to maintain the freshness of the stock, pricing and checking and remove damaged or expired goods at selling floor.
- Ensure smooth operations such as restocking and department cleanliness is maintain good store image and hygienic atmosphere.
- Perform any Ad Hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

**Work location**:

- Pacific Grocer & Dept. Store, **Komtar**outlet.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum SPM with **relevant products/merchandise knowledge**and retail experience.
- Willing to work according to retail business hours.
- Former Retail Supervisor / Retail Assistant / Sales Assistant / Stocker from supermarket, departmental store, mini-market, convenience shops & wet-markets are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Malay and English (spoken & written). Able to speak and write in Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
