a) Working closely with the Developer/Joint Management Committee/ Management Committee/Owner of the assigned building, and the various sub-committees in particular, to achieve the objective of upgrading and maintaining the building’s image and brand as a prestige building;
b) Monitoring the day-to-day operation of the building in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Company.

c) Attending to owners’ and occupants’ complaints, the authorities and utilities company’s matters and answering all enquiries professionally, tactfully within the acceptable timeline;
d) Overseeing and leading all management and maintenance staff employed in the building.

e) Monitoring the building service providers, contractors and suppliers appointed in the building and ensuring that they carry out their scope of work properly;
f) To guide, train, monitor and appraise all management staff so as to ensure that they are competent and able to produce consistently high-quality work performance to the level of best practices and standards.

g) Randomly conducting, inspecting, identifying and implementing the building and preventive maintenance of the MEP services.

h) To troubleshoot, manage and resolve MEP maintenance problems;
i) Preparing and executing planned preventive maintenance programmes for MEP services;
j) Auditing and preparing for energy saving programme;
k) Prepare, attend meetings and also prepare the minutes of meetings and the property management report timely;
l) Preparing annual operating budget and capital expenditure promptly including review etc.

m) Monitoring and accountable for credit control policy, all collections, payment and the issuance of official receipts; and

n) To carry out any other work or assignment that may be assigned by the Company from time to time when necessary.

Pay: RM7,000.00 per month
