**Responsibilities**
- Assist to handle accounts receivables and account payables
- Assist to handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
- Assist to prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Perform accounts payable invoice and day-to-day transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness on a daily basis.
- Process vendor and inter-company invoices and data entry
- General office administration works
- Performing other relevant support activities as and when required

**Basic Requirements**
- Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently and interface with all relevant internal teams and external business partners is needed
- Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to conceptualize
- Attention to detail, ability to manage time and work flow, works on multiple assignments and manages rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
- Driven, self-motivated and results oriented
- Available for a minimum period of 3 months, preferably 6 months and above

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
