**Job description**
- Support Accounting operations in accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting
- Maintain, prepare & monitor aging receivable & payable reports as well as follow-up for payment.
- Assist in financial data entry and general bookkeeping, for instance, issue payment and sales invoices, update the schedule/ records.
- Follow up and monitor outstanding payments tightly, action needs to be taken when necessary.
- Ensure timely progress billings, collections, reports and documentation.
- Ensure undertaking with company SOP and accounting policies and procedures.
- Resolve any different finds in records, statements, or documented transactions.
- Maintain proper record accounting policies and financial statement control.
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

**Requirement**
- Required language(s)**:Mandarin (**advantage**)**, English, Bahasa Malaysia & Etc.
- At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in a related field is required.
- Organized, efficient, able to work independently, and meticulous about details.
- Has good writing (procedures and reports) and verbal communication skills.
- Has critical thinking skills, is responsible and a team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
