As a **Merchandising Manager**, you will play a critical role in:

- Deep understanding of the products, market trends, and consumer needs.
- Shaping our product portfolio and optimizing inventory management
- Developing effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

**To be successful in this role, you need to have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in healthcare product merchandising/development/management or a related role.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management experience preferred.
