Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Execution:

- Develop and execute designs for print, digital, and social media campaigns, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, web banners, packaging, and presentations.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.

2. Brand Development:

- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to maintain and enhance the visual identity of the brand.
- Contribute to the creation and evolution of brand guidelines.

3. Digital & Social Media Content:

- Stay updated on design trends to produce fresh and modern content.

4. Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to understand project goals and deliver effective solutions.
- Present ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback efficiently.

5. Project Management:

- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized project files.

6. Innovation & Creativity:

- Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into design work.
- Bring fresh ideas and creative concepts to the table for campaigns and projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

2. Experience:

- Mid-Level: 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Senior-Level: 5+ years of professional experience with leadership in design projects.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across different media.

3. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch is a plus.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is an advantage.
- Understanding of printing processes, color theory, and file preparation for print and digital.

4. Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to handle feedback constructively and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in UI/UX design, including wireframing and prototyping.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web development tools.
- Familiarity with animation software (After Effects, Blender, etc.).
- Experience working within a branding or advertising agency is a plus.
- The incumbent may be required to take on additional responsibilities beyond those explicitly stated in this job description, in alignment with business needs and organizational goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
