**Job Description: Salesperson (Warehouse & Hardware Experience)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the warehouse and hardware industries.
- Develop and maintain a customer base by building strong, lasting relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives through effective planning and execution.
- **Customer Service**:

- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Gain in-depth knowledge of warehouse and hardware products to effectively present and sell to customers.
- Keep updated on new product offerings, features, and industry trends.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify potential growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- **Order Processing**:

- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and invoices.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to drive sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the warehouse or hardware industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Goal-driven with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
