Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory transactions, and ensure proper storage of goods. Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages and excesses. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Receive incoming goods, inspect them for quality and quantity, and verify against purchase orders or delivery notes. Check for damages, discrepancies, or defects and report any issues to the appropriate parties. Organize and label received items for storage.
- Ensure proper stock rotation to prevent spoilage, expiry, or obsolescence. Handle and store goods in a manner that ensures their integrity and minimizes damage or loss. Implement and maintain a systematic arrangement of items for easy accessibility.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, receipts, and deliveries. Prepare regular reports on inventory status, including stock levels, consumption patterns, and any variances. Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and procurement plans.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures, such as conducting regular stock counts, implementing stock-taking processes, and reconciling variances. Identify and investigate any discrepancies, errors, or irregularities in stock records.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues related to inventory.
- Maintain and operate equipment and tools used in the inventory management process, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, barcode scanners, or inventory management software. Ensure they are in good working condition and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines when handling, storing, and transporting goods. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store or warehouse area to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
