We’re looking for a **proactive and technically-inclined Junior Scrum Master** to support our agile development team. This role involves **facilitating agile processes, supporting hybrid project management**, and working closely with technical teams to help deliver high-quality software.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Scrum & Agile Support_
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure technical requirements are considered during sprint planning and grooming.
- Project Coordination_
- Support hybrid project approaches (Agile/Waterfall), including tracking timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Help create and manage Gantt charts, resource allocation, and project cost reports.
- Planning & Requirements_
- Review user stories and requirements for clarity and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and the team to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Assist with task prioritization, estimation, and sprint planning.
- Technical & Quality Collaboration_
- Promote good development and testing practices within the team.
- Support discussions around test-driven development (TDD) and code quality.
- Release Management_
- Help coordinate activities around software releases, including managing technical dependencies.
- Impediment & Risk Handling_
- Identify and work to remove blockers affecting development progress.
- Collaborate on resolving UI/UX, architectural, or technical debt issues.
- Track and mitigate technical risks with appropriate action plans.
- Reporting & Communication_
- Use technical metrics to monitor team performance and provide progress updates.
- Share project status, risks, and dependencies with stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement_
- Encourage technical improvements and learning during retrospectives.
- Stay updated on Agile trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team.
- Training & Onboarding_
- Conduct agile-related training sessions and support onboarding of new team members.
- Promote agile values and technical practices across the team.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
- At least 2 years of **hands-on experience in an agile team (as a Developer, QA, or Product Owner).**:

- Strong understanding of **software development processes, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.**:

- Comfortable switching between Agile and traditional project approaches when needed.
- Ability to understand technical discussions and support teams in resolving challenges.
- Skilled in using data and metrics to track team performance.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strategic thinker who can align team efforts with business goals.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
