**Job Scope**:

- Greet and welcome customers.
- Guide customers to their tables and manage reservations.
- Take customer orders and deliver them promptly.
- Prepare, package, and serve food and beverages.
- Operate the POS system for order taking and payment processing.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods securely.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning tables and service areas.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth service.
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

- Proficiency in using kitchen tools and equipment.
- Basic knife skills for ingredient preparation.

- Prepare ingredients, such as chopping vegetables, portioning meats, and preparing sauces.
- Assist in cooking tasks, including grilling, frying, sautéing, and assembling dishes according to recipes.
- Ensure consistency in the taste, presentation, and quality of dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cleaning workstations.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe work environment.
- Assist in restocking and managing kitchen inventory, including checking freshness and expiration dates.
- Support the head chef and other kitchen staff during busy service periods.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and perform basic maintenance as needed.
