**Jobscope: Crew Restaurant**

Sebagai **Crew Restoran**, anda memainkan peranan penting dalam menyampaikan pengalaman pelanggan yang terbaik. Anda bertanggungjawab dalam pelbagai tugasan termasuk menyediakan makanan, menjaga kebersihan, dan memberikan layanan pelanggan yang mesra dan profesional.

Tanggungjawab Utama:
**1. Memberi Layanan Pelanggan yang Mesra dan Sopan**
- Menyambut pelanggan dengan senyuman dan salam.
- Membantu pelanggan membuat pilihan menu dan menjawab pertanyaan dengan sopan.

**2. Penyediaan Makanan dan Minuman**
- Menyediakan hidangan mengikut resipi dan standard yang ditetapkan.
- Memastikan makanan disediakan bersih, cepat dan berkualiti.

**3. Menjaga Kebersihan dan Kekemasan Restoran**
- Membersihkan meja, kawasan makan, dapur dan tandas secara berkala.
- Mengemas meja selepas pelanggan beredar.

**4. Menguruskan Stok Harian**
- Membantu menyusun stok bahan mentah dan barangan kering.
- Memastikan bahan sentiasa mencukupi dan segar.

**5. Mematuhi SOP dan Arahan Pengurusan**
- Sentiasa mengikut prosedur kerja, kebersihan, dan keselamatan makanan.
- Melaksanakan tugasan yang diarahkan oleh Supervisor atau Pengurus.

**6. Bekerjasama sebagai Satu Pasukan**
- Menjalin hubungan kerja yang baik dengan rakan sekerja.
- Membantu rakan lain apabila perlu, terutama semasa waktu sibuk.

**7. Menjalankan Tugas Pelbagai (Multitasking)**
- Bersedia bekerja di pelbagai bahagian seperti dapur, kaunter atau kawasan servis mengikut keperluan operasi.

**8. Menjaga Penampilan Diri**
- Memakai uniform yang lengkap dan kemas sepanjang masa bertugas.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:
