**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in verifying the quantities during loading and unloading, and ensure accurate recording of materials in the inventory list.
- Managed and maintain the warehouse management system, including the classification of incoming stock, stacking and storage.
- Prepare materials for packing according to the packing list and arrange logistic dispatch.
- Conduct stock-takes according to the scheduled calendar.
- To submit monthly stock report to head of financial/account department.
- Co-ordinate with transporters and manage shipping and delivery processes.
- Perform any other related tasks not mentioned here as and when required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Willing to work in Bangi, Selangor
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Competent in operating a forklift
- Experienced of 2-3 years in the logistic and warehouse industry
- Good hands-on experience in the inventory management and improvement process
- Computer literate (MS excel, Word) and knowledge of ERP system/SQL system.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with strong time management skills
- Language required, Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
