Overview:
The Trainer (Mandarin) is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for employees, particularly those handling Mandarin-speaking customers or content. Based in **Johor**, this role ensures that staff are well-equipped with product knowledge, operational procedures, and communication skills to deliver high-quality service. The Trainer plays a key role in enhancing employee performance, onboarding new hires, and supporting continuous learning initiatives.

Qualifications:
**Education**: Diploma/Degree in Education, Communications, Linguistics, Business, or related field.**Experience**:
- 2-4 years of experience as a trainer, preferably in BPO/contact center or service environment.- Experience delivering training in Mandarin for customer service or operational teams.**Language Proficiency**:
- Fluent in **Mandarin and English** (spoken and written).- Cantonese is an advantage.**Skills**:
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to engage, motivate, and coach participants effectively.- Good analytical and organizational skills.- Proficiency in training tools, Microsoft Office, and online learning platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees in Mandarin.- Deliver workshops, classroom sessions, and on-the-job coaching.- Ensure training materials are understood and applied effectively.**Curriculum & Material Development**- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and guides in Mandarin.- Customize content based on team needs, business updates, and client requirements.**Assessment & Evaluation**- Conduct assessments to evaluate trainee understanding and performance.- Monitor progress and provide feedback for improvement.- Identify training gaps and propose solutions.**Collaboration & Support**- Work closely with team leaders, QA, and operations to align training with business needs.- Support continuous improvement initiatives through training insights and recommendations.**Reporting & Documentation**- Maintain records of training attendance, performance, and evaluation results.- Prepare reports on training effectiveness and outcomes.
