**Overview**:
The Financial Controller shall oversee TRT Financial & Operations department

The Financial Controller oversees all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations. This executive-level role involves strategic planning, financial analysis, and leadership to drive the financial performance of the company. Key responsibilities include:

- **Financial Strategy**: Develop and implement financial strategies to support company goals.
- **Reporting and Compliance**: Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Manage cash flow and optimize financial resources.
- **Leadership**: Provide guidance and mentorship to the finance team.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process enhancement and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Extensive experience in financial management, with a proven track record of success in executive leadership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting requirements.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, treasury management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, drive change, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

**Salary**: RM53,058.00 - RM75,165.50 per month
