Job Description:
**Work Planning**

i. To check Stanby Genset - battery water level, check connection terminal of battery, check diesel, check functioning on/off & cleanliness.

ii. Follow appointed consultant to carry out monthly inspection with reports. (Comply with consultant comments).

iii. Main Switch Board (MSB), Sub Switch Board (SSB);
iv. Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunication, cooling electricity and refurbishments).

v. Manage the unkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.

vi. Inspect building’s structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.

vii. Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.

viii. Lead and supervise facilities team (custodians, technician, etc and external contractors.

ix. Analyze & Planning for monthly & yearly budget.

x. Organize, manage and track progress and cost consistant with management production and scheduling requiment.

xi. Ensure that contractor are performing work efficiently and with productivity (PO or contract deadline)

i. Support, develop and initiate enhanced maintenance systems and productivity improve the mart maintenance efficiency.

ii. To follow instruction request by complex manager & all SOP related.

**2.0 Reporting**

i. Daily work progress reporting to Mall Manager.

ii. Monitor & acknowledge all check list proper fill up by team.

iii. Prepare MEMO for special required project / job under (Budget / Unbudgetted) for approval.

3.0 Others
i. Any other tasks assigned by HOD on ad hoc basis;
ii. Daily work progress reporting to HOD/CM.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 0-6 months

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
