**1. Technician**:

- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair equipment, machinery, building, company facility and plumbing job.
- Possess a deep understanding of the technical aspects of machinery and be able to diagnose and solve issues efficiently.
- Ensure all workshop machines/equipment’s are calibrated and records are maintained properly.
- Minimize machine downtime, perform trouble shooting and implement corrective action.
- Liase with vendors for troubleshooting for any major breakdown/upgrades/part replacements which required the vendor service.
- Liase with relevant local authorities.
- Involve in process improvement projects through initiative and creativity.

**2. Line Leader**:

- Monitor and ensure quality control procedures are followed during the production process.
- Ensure operators achieve and perform daily targets and output.
- Responsible for a group of operators, assign work to operators and carry out manpower utilization effectively to meet shipment.
- Conduct on-the-job training to operators and ensure they follow the work instruction and understand the defect criteria.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/Advance Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics) or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience in electrical, electronics, injection molding and managing production.
- Possess technical knowledge and adapt at all phases of the manufacturing processes.
- Ability to lead and drive continuous improvement.
- Independent
- Have own transport.
