**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the sales team’s activities by managing schedules, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with departments on sales-related tasks.
- Ensure the adequacy and readiness of sales-related materials and equipment, including preparation and organization of promotional materials or events.
- Develop and maintain effective file systems to keep accurate sales records, prepare reports, and provide necessary sales information to the team and management.
- Enhance sales productivity by arranging customer appointments, supporting sales representatives with up-to-date materials, and streamlining access to resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 2 years experience in sales coordination, marketing, or administrative support (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
